About PNRC

Pediatric Neurosurgery Research Committee (PNRC) is an owned private, non-profit making, self-financed department implementing various research for different diseases. PNRC is a research-based organization. It was established in 2016.

PNRC has established a functional and professional collaboration with several reputed national and international organizations and academic institutions and been able to activate human and material resources for research program.

PNRC has been working in various research program in collaboration with Boston Children Hospital, Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) Harvard University and Cure International, Uganda and Derrilford University London etc. Besides these, some of the other collaborating institutions are Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) -Bangladesh, Dhaka Medical Collage-Bangladesh and Bangladesh Shishu Hospital & Institute - Bangladesh. PNRC anticipate to conduct lots of quality research in future.

Objective

The main objective of PNRC to develop sustainable, safe and quality research. Other major objectives are below:

  • Establish safe and quality research
  • Provide awareness build up, skills and development training to the common people

  • In collaboration with community and other stakeholders, develop comprehensive and quality research network and develop human resources to deal with health and health related issues.
  • Ensure the training of future researchers in basic and clinical research.
  • Increase innovation through the development new technology applicable to the health care system.
  • Increase the development of knowledge to help health promotion, improvement of care and quality life.
